All Winter Creek Charms™ have a hard-coat resin coating to make sure that they
are durable. However, as with anything photographic, you should take special
care of your bracelet. Prolonged sun exposure can fade or discolor
photographs. Also, exposure to harmful liquids or to very sharp objects can
scratch or damage the finish. However, with proper care, your charm bracelet
will be cherished for many years to come.
For routine or daily cleaning simply polish your bracelet charms with a soft
jewelry polishing cloth. If deeper cleaning is necessary, your Photo Charm
Bracelet can be cleaned by following the steps below. For best care results, do
not clean your bracelet using the method below more than 2 times per year.
What you will need:
- A Mild Jewelry Cleaner
- Small Soft Bristled Brush, preferable a Jewelry Brush
- Soft & Clean, Silver or Gold Polishing Cloth
- A container a bit wider than the width of your wrist . Such as a Glass, to
gently hold your bracelet in a stretched position for drying.
- Hair dryer, optional
1) CLEANING MIXTURE
Pour two tablespoons of the mild jewelry cleaning solution into a small bowl.
Add two tablespoons of WARM water to Dilute the solution.
2) CLEANING
Using your thumb and finger, gently stretch out your bracelet and briefly dip it
into the cleaning mixture. DO NOT soak the bracelet.
Keeping the bracelet stretched, use a small SOFT brush to gently loosen dirt and
oils inside each link and around the photo on the surface of the link. Do not
over scrub, avoid the photos as much as possible.
3) DRYING
Gently place your bracelet around a glass or weighted bottle that is wide enough
to keep the bracelet slightly stretched out. Air dry (or use a blow dryer on the
cool setting) until the bracelet is thoroughly dry on the surface and inside the
links.
4) POLISHING
Finish off your cleaning with a brief polish to the outside links.

A lot of care and hand work goes into producing your Winter Creek Charmsª.
Each photo link is constructed by hand. As with all hand-made items, slight
variations and imperfections occur and are considered to add charm, these are
NOT defects. Because of the customized nature of your photo charms, Returns
are NOT accepted.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer you
an exchange upon inspection of the goods. All return shipping charges are your
responsibility.
Due to factors out of our control, liability for lost or damaged charms is limited
to the purchase price. Due to factors out of our control, we are not responsible
for lost or damaged materials you provide to us. This includes but is not limited
to your personal photos, text, or other materials.
